PLANS? Bah.

So, remember all those plans I had at the beginning of the summer? Yeeeeeaaaaaah. About them. Not many of them have worked too well.

Driver's ed is happening. That's good. I also got the new computer.

But no movies. And no DS. And not a whole lot of money.

But you know what? Things are okay. Maybe not everything has turned out the way I'd intended, but most of it has worked out for the better.

I'm watching a RAW of Higurashi Rei episode 1 right now. The video quality sucks, the sound is out of sync, and there aren't any subtitles, but I'm satisfied with what I'm seeing so far. The animation is a bit better than Kai (though K1 doesn't look quite manly enough) and the opening scene actually shows a fucking cicada for the first time. It only took them 52 episodes for them to live up to the series' title.

I'll bring you a disc of Kai on Monday.
